Attach a Qwner to something you care about. When someone finds it, they scan the QR with any phone camera, land on your return page, and tap call or message. Qwner connects them to you through a masked relay — you coordinate pickup without your real number being shown.

Physical Qwner tags are priced for India: stickers from ₹29, keychain ₹149, car and bike ₹99, luggage and pet ₹129 — with free tracked dispatch across India over the free-shipping threshold. Bulk pricing for schools, societies and companies is available on request.

No. Qwner tags are a one-time purchase. Once you set your return details, the tag keeps working with no recurring fee.

They land on a simple return page with call or message buttons. They reach you through Qwner’s masked flow and you arrange the handover. Qwner keeps a minimal, anonymized scan record — nothing identifies the finder.

No. The QR code does not contain your number. Calls and messages route through Qwner’s masked relay, so the finder talks to you without ever seeing your mobile number.

No. QR scanning is built into every smartphone camera, so the finder just points, taps, and the return page opens in the browser. No app installs, no accounts, no barriers.

First, try cleaning the surface and scanning in good light. If the QR was printed incorrectly, does not resolve correctly, or the tag is materially defective, contact support — replacement is our default remedy where appropriate.

Cancellation may be possible if personalization or production has not yet started. Once your unique QR is assigned or production has begun, change-of-mind cancellation is generally not available, because the product is prepared specifically for you. Contact us as soon as possible to check your order status.

Every Qwner is personalized and produced before it ships, so production time is separate from shipping time. Confirmed timelines, where available, are shown at checkout, and tracking details are shared once the carrier provides them.

Tracking details are shared when a tracking reference is available from the carrier. Alternatively, contact support with your order number and we will check the order status for you.

Qwner products carry a unique QR assigned to your order. After personalization or production has started, they may not be eligible for cancellation, return or refund solely because of a change of mind. Damaged or defective products are handled separately — see the Refund & Replacement Policy.

Contact support within the applicable support period with your order number, photos of the package and product, and a short description. If the damage happened during manufacturing or delivery, we will arrange a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

If the QR cannot be scanned, resolves incorrectly, or was printed incorrectly, the product may qualify for replacement — replacement is the default remedy where appropriate.

Production happens after your order is placed, because every tag is personalized. Orders are laser-etched or custom-printed within 1–2 business days before courier dispatch.

Within India, orders ship via national express couriers (Bluedart/Delhivery) with typical 2–4 day transit (free over ₹499). International orders ship via flat $6.99 tracked global courier with 7–12 business day transit to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and EU.
