Qwner QR products are personalized for your order. Whether you can cancel depends on how far the order has progressed.
Before production
Cancellation may be possible depending on the order status and our processing rules. Contact us as soon as possible.
After personalization
Once your unique QR has been prepared and assigned to your order, cancellation is generally unavailable.
After production
Once the physical product has been manufactured for you, cancellation due to change of mind is generally unavailable.
Cancellation before production
If your order has not yet entered personalization or production, cancellation may be possible subject to the applicable order status and Qwner’s processing rules.
Cancellation after personalization
Your unique QR code is assigned to your order during personalization. Because the product is prepared specifically for you, it generally cannot be cancelled once this step has begun.
Cancellation after production
Once the physical product has been manufactured, it generally cannot be cancelled simply because the customer changed their mind.
- The product is customized for your order and may not be suitable for resale.
- Please review your product selection and quantity carefully before placing the order.
How to request a cancellation
Write to us with your order number as soon as possible. We will check the order status and confirm whether cancellation is still possible.
