Shipping Policy

Every Qwner order moves through personalization, production and dispatch before delivery. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Processing

Order verification happens before production begins. Confirmed times, where available, are shown at checkout.

Your order is personalized and produced before it ships. Production time is a separate step from shipping time.

Tracking details are shared once a tracking reference is available from the carrier.

Each Qwner order passes through the five stages shown above: order placed, QR personalization, production, dispatch, then delivery.

We show concrete time ranges only where the business has confirmed them. Until then, estimates seen at checkout are indicative.

A unique QR code is assigned to your order and printed with your product. This step is a production step, not a shipping step.

The physical product is manufactured to order. Because every tag is personalized, production takes place after your order is placed.

Once production is complete, the order is dispatched and delivered to the shipping address you provide at checkout.

Please make sure the shipping address and PIN / postal code are correct at checkout.
Delivery partners are third-party carriers outside our direct control.

Tracking details are shared when a tracking reference is available from the carrier. You can also contact support with your order number.

If your package is delayed, damaged, or has not arrived, contact support with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.

Qwner physical tags are currently fulfilled within India. International shipping and bulk business quotes are handled through the Contact page.
